He is changing sooo much every day! He has already gained more than a pound and is more alert. He still likes to be awake a lot at night but we are slowly getting used to it. Last night was actually really good and he gave us a few 3 hour stints of sleep, thanks Keiran! His head is getting stronger and he can hold it up for a few seconds now to look around. I swear he is going to smile soon as well!!! I think it's just wishful thinking on mommy's part though!
He outgrew his newborn diapers last week and is in size 1's now, holy moly kid! One night he peed on daddy twice and also puked on him twice so daddy was not a happy camper, thankfully we have not had a repeat of that....yet.

This little guy is changing every day! He is starting to look more and more like a Driscoll, it's awesome to see it happening.
He lost his umbilical cord today with a little help from my mom. I have to say it's nice to have that thing gone, it was starting to smell !
He is a very good sleeper as well, we actually have to wake him up for feedings the past few days. I wish I could say that breasfeeding was going well, but it's not. I think he just wants to be a bottle kid. That's ok, as long as it works and he's growing and gaining weight. He's also quite the little farter! I wish I could say that he got that from dads side of the family, but it really is my side that he got it from. It's pretty funny though and he's had us laughing quite a few times!

more ultrasound pics!

Pictures taken today at 26 weeks 4 days. He has changed so much in the past three weeks when you compare him to my last ultrasound!!! He's turning into a chubster and has the cutest pouty lips. It totally looks like he has black spiky hair coming down his forehead but he doesn't, it's just the way the image was. I had no idea that they would do 4D at the fetal assessment so it was quite exciting. He is measuring exactly where he should be and it was very reassuring. I have another appointment in 4 weeks and can't wait for it!!!!
