Keiran was bugging Simon. Simon bitchslapped Keiran. Lesson not learned. He'll be back for more!!!

Hailey is here!!! Woohoo! She just got here tonight so I haven't taken pictures yet, but it's pretty exciting having her around.

Here's some pics from the past few days. Keiran loves playing in the kitchen with our baking dishes so I got some pics of him while Daddy was making supper (mmmm....pancakes!)

Now he also pulls himself up in the bathtub while he's in it! Then he'll pull himself up on the other side when he's dressed too. It's the only spot he'll pull up onto right now. I think all the other surfaces are still too high. He gets pretty excited to be standing though!!

Yesterday (wednesday), Lori and Claire, Keiran and I went strawberry picking! I wanted to have some yummy fresh picked strawberries for Brian for when he came home that night. They are his favourite fruit!
It was sooooo fun! I started it out with Keiran on my back but he got heavy in a hurry and he also got sick of my constant bending over so after a bit he sat on the ground and ate a whole bunch of strawberries.
Lori was smart enough to remember her camera so she took lots of pictures!

We went for lunch at Boston Pizza afterwards and he was really good in the restaurant! He spent the whole time playing with his bottle lid and flirting with Claire and the waitresses.

These last two pictures were taken right at the end of June. Lori and I took the kids to the park and Keiran had a great time on the slide! I had totally forgotten she took these pictures. He's so cute!

Well, it was time for a change! Keiran isn't a girl and since this blog is mainly about him, it should have more "manly" colours. But, as I type this, my "manly" boy is squealing like a girl. It's bedtime!

Ok so Keirans newest thing this week is to go in his bedroom and close the door. He then gets stuck behind the door and starts crying. Then I have to go and try and get him to move far enough back so I can get him out!!! Takes about 5 minutes!


Look how mad he was after I got the door open! You can totally tell he's been crying!


Don't worry, he was fine a few minutes later and was playing in our bedroom:


He then decided to "help" me with the laundry:


Ok done in Mommy and Daddys room! Time to find something else to do!!!

Canada Day!

We had a good time here on Canada Day! Keiran and I hosted a BBQ for some friends and a good time was had by all.

Laura brought her bouncer!!!! It is sooo awesome and her family found it for them at Walmart for 99$ I'm keeping my eyes open for it, what a great deal!

We had cake for dessert!
Keiran got some icing (which totally came back to bite me in the butt because he didn't go to bed until after 10 that night!)

And that was our Canada Day! Very fun and the weather co-operated too!
